Blade is made from spring steel and heat treated to knife hardness. The shape is small and curved with a narrow entry point. The top of the spade is only 140mm wide and 220mm deep. The point is sharpened for easy cutting and soil penetration. At 40mm wide the point is the same as a crow bar. Ideal for digging small holes in both soft and hard soil.
